Hi! We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll work closely with different business units to turn raw data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a dynamic, reliable database of business insights.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to uncover data-driven opportunities and shape smarter decisions.
• Create clear, impactful management reports and visual analyses that drive action.
• Help design and manage the reporting environment—from data sources to security and metadata structures.
• Contribute to our data warehouse evolution by identifying and refining reporting needs.
• Champion data integrity and support efforts to keep our data clean, structured, and secure.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data handling policies.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and continuously improve our analytics tools.
• Support on other exciting data projects and ad hoc initiatives.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in science and engineering majors (mathematics, statistics, computer science, software engineering, and other related majors.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with data analytic/business intelligence tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and/or other tools. Hands-on experience with ETL and SQL will be advantageous.
• Comfortable working with complex, sometimes messy data—and finding meaningful stories within.
• Experience in managing large datasets and building scalable reporting processes.
• Able to apply sound methodologies for data management, structuring, and transformation.
• Strong communicator—able to simplify data complexity for different audiences.
