Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to support AI-driven business transformation, advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent data solutions. The ideal candidate will combine Data Science, BI, and Generative AI with hands-on Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

You will analyze large datasets, build dashboards and data models, develop AI/ML proof-of-concepts, and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems while ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data/CS/AI-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience working with multiple enterprise data sources and systems.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities
