Overview

Data Analyst This position is for one of Australia’s leading full-service private client stockbroking and financial advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and improvements of data warehouse, ensuring the ETL process is successfully ran daily
• Maintenance and improvements of reporting platform, ensuring constant up time and accurate output
• Maintenance of email platform
• Resolve adhoc queries from internal clients in a timely manner
• Analysis on internal and external data for actionable insights
• Identify external data to enrich internal data
• Constantly ensure healthy working relationship with stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor\'s degree/ post graduate diploma in a math related discipline or software development
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience with data tools (Python, SQL & Microsoft Excel)

Knowledge & Skills

• Python - API, Pandas, Data Transformation, etc.
• SQL, any type is fine
• Bulk email providers i.e. MailChimp
• Microsoft Excel & VBA
• Social media aggregation
• Demonstrated ability in managing stakeholders and internal clients
• Ability to think out of the box for creative solutions
