Responsibilities:

• Apply data analysis tools, techniques, and visualization to develop reports that support data-driven decision-making and meet business needs.
• Extract, clean, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources to deliver insightful, actionable reports for Senior Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new management information products and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead data and analytical projects to support strategic priorities, from requirements gathering through to testing and implementation.
• Automate data management processes wherever possible.
• Contribute data insights to reports and suggest improvements to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure robust analysis and effective communication of findings.
• Use statistical techniques and visualization tools to deliver impactful analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive data innovation and develop analytics solutions (e.g., Power BI) to increase data usage and generate valuable insights.
• Create and improve dashboards to provide actionable insights for commercials.
• Support senior colleagues in promoting commercial transformation across the department.
  

Qualifications:

• Passionate about data and analytics with a curiosity for uncovering and explaining patterns and trends.
• Proven experience in data analysis within large-scale transformation programs.
• Skilled at translating business issues into data-driven solutions.
• Strong background in working with qualitative and quantitative datasets.
• Expertise in choosing effective data visualization methods to convey actionable insights aligned with business goals.
• Proficient in presenting data with clarity and impact.
• Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Extensive experience creating clear and engaging data products using tools like Power BI.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experienced in managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid foundation in mathematics and IT, supported by qualifications and/or experience.
