Job description

• Test Planning & Documentation: Focus on defining test scope, data migration scope, creating test plans and ensuring comprehensive test coverage for the frontend (community forum) based on user experience and backend (ISvC / CRM) agent support routine. Document test scenarios, test cases, and report results.

• Data Analysis: Analyze the migrated data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or missing data. Use tools like SQL, Python, or R to analyze and validate the migrated data.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Well versed in utilizing reporting tools (PowerBI) to organize, summarize and envision insights of the provided data.

• Collaboration: Work with the QA Engineer and developers to ensure that issues are identified and addressed promptly. Keep track and align milestones agreed between teams.

Key Skills:

• Data Analysis (SQL, Excel, Python, R)

• Experience with data validation and data quality assurance

• Reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

• Understanding of manual testing and experience with test case creation.

Academic Requirements:
