Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
1) Lead and manage the DPS-Malaysia team to achieve business goals.
2) Promote a positive team culture to foster DPS-Malaysia team development and collaborative work environment.
3) Collaborate with cross-DPS and function teams to accelerate data & AI project delivery.
4) Play a pre-sales role to work with the AP sales team for GTM (go-to-market) business to identify qualified business opportunities and convert them into contracts successfully.
5) Lead delivery resources of DPS-Malaysia to provide professional data services to drive internal & external project delivery success.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in data engineering and data analytics.
3) Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Java.
4) Strong understanding of data & AI techniques and tools.
5) Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and proficient communication in both Chinese and English is necessary.
6) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7) Certification in Databricks, AI, or a related field is a plus.
