Job summary

Malta Dynamics seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Solutions Architect for a hybrid role in Sliema. You will lead end-to-end ERP implementations, manage a large delivery team, and collaborate with clients, onshore and offshore teams. Strong presales and engagement skills are required.

Role involves designing Finance/SCM solutions, driving delivery, and contributing to proposals and business development within a leading global consulting environment. Visa and relocation supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience leading a team of at least 10 consultants.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills for client engagements.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and offshore teams.
• Proven consultancy experience and presales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of D365 Finance/SCM solutions following best practices.
• Own the Finance/SCM workstreams and review solution documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants across onshore/offshore locations.
• Gather requirements, perform gap/fit analysis, and support go-live activities.
• Provide on-site client support and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and business development.
