Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Security Administration: Administer and support IT security applications to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
  2. Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems, including configurations and security processes.
  3. Policy Enforcement: Interpret and implement information security policies, standards, and compliance requirements across systems.
  4. Vulnerability Management: Stay informed of security features and vulnerabilities in supported products and apply necessary updates or protections.
  5. Configuration Management: Review, recommend, and manage software component changes and system configurations to meet security requirements.
  6. Deployment Support: Collaborate with teams to test and deploy global security and data protection configurations effectively.
  7. Issue Resolution: Diagnose, address, and correct misconfigurations in endpoint security and data protection systems.
  8. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers for supported systems.
  9. Reporting: Generate and maintain routine reports detailing the progress and effectiveness of security and data protection projects.
  10. Innovation and Testing: Conduct proof-of-concept deployments to evaluate and implement new security technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills in English.
  2. Min 5 years working experience in similar function.
  3. Capable of independent work.
  4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  5. Experience in administering enterprise applications.
  6. Develop and utilize custom scripts for automation.
  7. Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security methodologies.
  8. Knowledge of system performance indicators, availability, and diagnostic processes for recurring issues.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills with all user levels and ability to consult on project scope and requirements.
  10. Coordinate with architects and developers to oversee design solutions.
  11. Ability to document design requirements and constraints.
  12. Recommend and oversee configuration changes.
  13. Translate requirements into technical solutions.
  14. Identify end-user software and hardware needs.
  15. Diagnose and mitigate system performance issues.
