Job summary

InsiderSecurity in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior software engineer to help develop and enhance cybersecurity software products. You will write clean code in Python, C/C++, JavaScript, and Ruby, and document requirements to propose effective solutions.

The role fits fresh graduates (0–2 years) with a CGPA of 3.0+, offering hybrid work (2 remote days/week), health screening reimbursements, 18 annual leave days, and a modern KL office at KL Eco City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 from a reputable university.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance cybersecurity software products.
• Create flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to define requirements and propose solutions.
• Write clean, efficient and well-structured code that facilitates easy testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and refactor code as needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to define, design, and implement new features.
