Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in financial services or highly regulated industries in APAC.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with MAS TRM requirements.
• Oversee security operations, threat management, and governance across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews for technology initiatives.
• Ensure Secure-by-Design principles into system design and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Infra, DevOps, and App teams to integrate security controls.
• Provide regular cybersecurity reporting to senior management and governance committees.
