StarBPO in Petaling Jaya is offering a Cybersecurity / IT Intern position. This internship provides hands-on IT helpdesk experience, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and supporting cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

You will assist with IT projects, asset management, data protection procedures, and documentation, while learning from a tech-focused team. Ideal for students pursuing IT, CS, or cybersecurity who want practical workplace experience.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Diploma, Degree, or related IT/cybersecurity qualification.
• Must be internship-required as part of studies.
• Basic understanding of IT, networking or cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and IT applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT helpdesk and technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, accounts and user access.
• Support basic network and system tasks as needed.
• Assist with IT projects and process improvements.
• Support IT asset and inventory management.
