Job summary

Qaaf Resources Sdn. Bhd is seeking an IT Security & Governance Analyst (Security Operations) to administer cyber security platforms, manage policies and collaborate with service providers on cyber security operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, at least 3 years in cyber security, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will support users, onboard systems, and help reduce cyber risk through strong documentation and cross-functional cooperation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences Cyber Security related job.
• Experience cyber security operations and managing cyber security platforms like firewall, IPS, etc.
• Skilled in preparing required documentation and presentation materials to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage and maintain cyber security technology platforms such as perimeter defence, end point security, cloud security.
• Manage, maintain and administer cyber security rules, system policies, configurations and access in cyber security devices according to baseline.
• Collaborate with service providers on cyber security operation issues and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Onboarding of systems into cyber security devices ie. anti-DDOS.
• Assist the team to identify/ improve processes and procedures.
• Cooperate with relevant parties and stakeholders to reduce cyber risk & threats.
