Job Description

Role Description:

• Perform field service jobs as assigned, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.

Key Tasks:

• Perform assigned field service jobs according to schedule in a timely manner.
• Submit complete documentation to the Service Engineer to fulfill daily service tasks and meet sales targets.
• Complete and submit service reports promptly for analysis and record-keeping.
• Conduct testing and failure analysis on customer equipment to improve and stabilize performance, including recommending parts when necessary.
• Maintain service tools and PPE in accordance with EHS standards and company policies.
• Maintain service facilities and vehicles according to 5S standards, and recommend repairs as needed.
• Participate in scheduled service and safety training to stay updated on product knowledge and meet EHS requirements.
• Perform field activities following EHS procedures to ensure safety.
• Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

Qualifications

Qualification/Education:

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Professional Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
