Job Description

Role Description:

• Perform field service jobs as assigned, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.

Key Tasks:

• Perform assigned field service jobs or according to maintenance schedule promptly, and submit complete documentation to the Service Engineer to ensure fulfillment of daily service tasks and meet sales targets.
• Complete and submit service reports timely to the department's coordinator for capturing man hours and travel hours into SAP for analysis.
• Conduct testing and failure analysis on customers' equipment to improve and stabilize performance, including recommending parts when necessary.
• Maintain allocated service tools and PPE according to EHS standards and company policies.
• Maintain service facilities and vehicles according to 5S standards, and recommend repairs and servicing as needed.
• Participate in scheduled service and safety training to update product knowledge and meet industry EHS requirements.
• Perform field activities following EHS procedures to ensure safety standards are met.
• Be aware of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Qualifications

Key Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
