Qualifications

• Proven experience reviewing technical documentation, specifications and submittals.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems and data centre components.
• Able to interpret specifications, performance data and compliance requirements.
• Excellent document control, organisation and multi-project management.
• Experience with document management systems and MS Office/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate cutsheets against design specs and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Own preparation and quality of technical submittal packages with version control.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement and Project Delivery for alignment.
• Develop and maintain cutsheet templates and naming conventions for consistency.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain up-to-date cutsheets and docs.
• Identify and mitigate risks from non-compliant product selections or delays.
• Engage with clients and third-party stakeholders for reviews and approvals.
• Support improvement of processes and ensure alignment between BOMs and installed solutions.
