Job description

Title: Customer Support / Translation - MANDARIN / CANTONESE & ENGLISH

Experience Range: 0 – 5 years (considering a mix of freshers, experienced translators, and CS candidates)

Qualifications: Open to SPM/Diploma holders

Shifts: Permanent night shift with shift allowances

Work Location: Cyberjaya

Language Proficiency: Mandarin/Cantonese & Good English (B2/C1) - Mandatory tests to be taken

Employment Type: Full-time, office mode

Work Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), with Saturdays & Sundays off

Working Hours: 9 PM to 6 AM / 10 PM to 7 AM

Salary Range:

1. Basic salary: RM 4000 – 5000
2. Transportation allowance: RM 500/month (pro-rated based on travel days)
3. Night shift allowance: RM 25/night for 22 working days = RM 550
4. Total all-inclusive salary: RM 5000 – RM 6000+

Additional Benefits: RM 1000 joining bonus, effective immediately

Medical Benefits: In/outpatient benefits for self, spouse, and children

Note: Candidates will be hired on a 1-month contract after passing the Hiring Manager interview. Training will be provided to prepare for the True North assessment. Successful candidates after training and assessment will be offered a 1-year contract. Contract extension requires passing process training and graduation to "Go live" on production.
