Job description

Job Title: Case Coordinator

The Case Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and arranging transport plans for patients by liaising with various stakeholders, including family members, doctors, hospitals, and aviation teams.

The role involves facilitating the smooth execution of cases through operational and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and oversee aeromedical transport cases independently from start to finish.
  2. Handle assistance requests via phone and email promptly, providing accurate feedback with clear communication and good listening skills.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for clients requiring medical or travel assistance.
  4. Manage your allocated cases responsibly within working hours.
  5. Coordinate and access medical claims proactively, analyze reports, and offer recommendations on claim eligibility to ensure service continuity.
  6. Exceed standard service expectations by providing excellent service and building skills.
  7. Support other departments as needed, demonstrating teamwork.
  8. Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
  9. Maintain professionalism, patience, and a 'people-first' attitude.
Requirements
  • Work 8-hour shifts (Day/Night) with 1-hour breaks; 45 hours per week including breaks.
  • Experience in a call center environment and/or medical claims adjudication.
  • Ability to commit to shift work as part of our 24/7 medical operations team.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Own transportation is required.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Willing to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
