Customer Support Executive

We are representing our client, a reputable all-in-one online tax learning platform designed to assist business owners, finance professionals, and SMEs in understanding and applying tax regulations effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Guide new customers through the onboarding process, welcome call, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
2. Provide product orientation to help customers maximise the value of offerings.
3. Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
4. Encourage satisfied customers on other promotional activities and event invitations on a monthly basis.
5. Develop a deep understanding of products or services and stay updated with customers on new features and enhancements.
6. Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning solutions with their objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder with at least one (1) year working experience.
2. Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality.
4. Excellent communication skills are needed, as are the ability to handle multiple tasks and think analytically.
5. Strong attention to detail is also needed to ensure that clients obtain their desired results.
6. Must possess own transport, as the job requires site visits to client locations.
7. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
8. Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
