Job summary:

• Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM4,500 per month

Job title: Customer Support Agent

Contract duration: 12 months renewable

Language: Mandarin proficiency + B1 (conversational English)

Location: WFO in Cyberjaya

Shifts: Between 8 AM to 12 AM (2 shifts), shift allowance for afternoon shift provided

Working days: Monday to Sunday (weekly 2 days off)

Salary range: RM3,500 to RM4,500 Basic (depending on current salary & experience)

Eligibility: Freshers from any background or experienced professionals
