Job summary

APT GO Co., Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Success – Fresh Management Trainee. Fresh graduates or graduates of 2025/2026 are welcome to apply.

You will support product demonstrations, deliver training, and provide project guidance to key clients, while preparing technical materials and collaborating on marketing events. Proactive, customer‑oriented and fluent in English are preferred; basic Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of BIM or digital construction is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product demonstrations, including technical requirement analysis, live demos, and Q&A sessions.
• Deliver product training and monitor product usage to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide project guidance and support to key clients based on their business needs.
• Prepare technical materials for product demonstrations and training.
• Collaborate with team members to support marketing events and activities.
