What You'll Do:
You’re a Good Fit If You:
Have a Diploma or Degree (any major)
Speak and write good English (B2 level and Malaysian Nationality)
Are customer-obsessed, positive, and calm under pressure
Can type 40 wpm (90% accuracy)
Know basic Microsoft Office skills
Bonus if you have:
6+ months customer service experience (any field)
Fresh grad in Mass Comm, English, etc.
