1 to 4 years experience in sales, telemarketing, pre-sales, consulting, or customer success roles, and any roles with strong prospecting leading to customer wins.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
Passion and interest in staying informed and knowledgeable about a given industry segment, SME, and start-up businesses.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other IT collaborative tools.
Great can-do attitude, interest in helping and contributing to the SME segment businesses in Malaysia, and enjoys winning in the marketplace and gaining new customers.

Work closely with the marketing and digital marketing team to follow through on leads that have been assigned and progress them to eventual customer wins.
Comfortable sharing data with key team members and making decisions based on data.
Develop skills to understand customers deeply and learn to progress leads through the various sales stages, being disciplined in using and updating the key information required in the CRM system.
Be innovative and take independent initiatives to drive and uncover promising new prospects, helping to generate high-quality leads and eventually leading them to more customer wins.
This is a SAAS solution role that requires a deep interest in customer business and industry issues.
Be the chief relationship manager for customers and contribute to identifying suitable customers/clients for references and testimonials, as well as assist in the NPS program we will roll out.
