The Role The Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, spoken fluency in English and Malay, and expertise in market analysis to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications
