工作内容：

• 根据公司市场战略，完成跨境支付业务的增长目标，负责对跨境市场客户的深度维护，挖掘客户跨境金融领域的场景化潜在需求

• 定期跟进商户的日常跨境支付交易，并对商户的经营状况进行了解上报

• 关注行业政策、动态及相关风控合规要求，推进跨境业务发展

• 配合产品、研发等团队，收集整理并分析市场信息，及时作出反馈及建议

核心职责：

• 切实迅速地为客户解决问题。包括但不仅限于：价格配置/KYC/KYB/交易监测等。

• 作为专家，提供数据分析、优化等支持，促进客户的业务发展。

• 维护客户关系，挖掘新的商业机会

• 推动产品/功能/流程的优化或创新

基本条件：

• 学历背景优秀，211/985，有基础英文听说读写能力

• 3-5年相关行业工作经验，有服务大型企业经验者优先

• 注重细节、结果导向; 沟通表达强，逻辑清晰

• 有商业嗅觉，能主动挖掘客户需求和痛点，挖掘商业机会

• 对内和外都有良好的语言表达能力，有信息数据收集、数据分析能力强，有数据敏感度

• 积极主动，有激情，有团队合作精神，学习能力强，抗压能力强
