As a Customer Success Operations Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, driving performance and development to achieve corporate strategic objectives and sales goals through meticulous assessment of individual capabilities and detailed performance appraisals.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Lead and develop an effective team: support onboarding, distribute workload, mentor, coach, empower members, identify learning opportunities, ensure training compliance, remove barriers, drive accountability, establish goals, monitor performance, provide feedback, recognize achievements, foster a culture of collective problem‑solving and AI‑powered process optimization.
  • Provide leadership to meet corporate and departmental strategic objectives: act as point of contact for operational issues, build relationships with stakeholders, collaborate on global alignment, communicate expectations and success metrics, influence regional sales operations strategies, drive system and process improvements, own performance metrics and action plans.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment: maintain knowledge of safety, labor, and ethics policies; communicate requirements; oversee mandatory training; identify and resolve potential safety/security/labor issues; support SOX compliance and audits; promote well‑being and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with proven experience in customer success or operations management.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or operations management, facing external customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with business and supply‑chain acumen.
  • Business‑level English and native proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese; Mandarin is most preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with supply‑chain management.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful customer success strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with project management.
