Job description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our client team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, managing customer accounts, and driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail oriented, and passionate about building relationships with clients.

Customer Onboarding:

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, welcome call, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Provide product orientation to help customers maximize the value of our oƯerings

Account Management:

  • Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly
  • Encourage satisfied customers on other promotional activities and event invitation on monthly basis
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and stay updated with customers on new features and enhancement

Retention:

  • Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning our solutions with their objectives

Requirement

  • Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder with at least one (1) year working experience preferably in a Customer Success / Service related field
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills are needed, as are the ability to handle multiple tasks and think analytically.
  • Must possess own transport, as the job requires site visits to client locations.
