This role involves managing the logistics and supply chain operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role needs to coordinate with sales, operations, and administrative support teams to ensure a seamless services experience.
To carry the customer service function by ensuring that the orders, stocks, and shipping arrangements of products are managed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to:
Satisfy customer requirements as per company standard operating procedures and provide unbeatable customer service.
Process domestic and international purchase orders from order entry to invoicing.
Work closely with the marketing & sales department on non-standard, urgent inquiries and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with the production planner and Warehouse & Logistics department for Material Ready Date, considering on-demand production and warehousing space capacities.
Maintain regular contact with the sales, planning, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams in a normal reporting/managerial/information exchange relationship.
Understand Supply Chain management including logistics booking and drop shipment.
Handle improvement projects to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
Apply for the certificate of origin and other related documents in time according to different market demands.
Contact agents to arrange container plans and special requirements in the factory timely.
Communicate with the warehouse and planning in time about the condition of the goods, confirm the arrival of containers to the factory, and coordinate the arrangement of abnormalities.
Ensure proper documentation, file records, and updating of data in the system.
Perform any assignment as instructed by the Superior and Management.

Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Team Member: CS Executive.
Production & Warehouse Department.
Maintain constructive and proactive working relationships with supervisors and other relevant departments in Rockfon.

Skills & Experience – Essential:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing shipping related work.
Familiarity with Customs declaration and internal trade.
Knowledge in LMW & SAP experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement.
Other Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possess own transport.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; speaking Mandarin is an added value.

Workstation: Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am - 5.30pm).
