Customer Services Executive / Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Services Executive / Customer Relations Executive to join our team. Fewer than 40 applicants. You still have a chance!

  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel
  • Female candidates will be an added advantage
  • Minimum qualification in Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service Centre and/or banking industry
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their eligibility for bank loans in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate and analyze customer's financial information to determine housing loan eligibility
  • Explain the process for applying for a housing loan, including documentation, timelines, and expectations
  • Keep updated on all housing loan products to provide accurate information
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback on customer issues to management and contribute to service improvement strategies
  • Working hours: 10 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday
