Customer Services Administration

• Responsible for all related daily counter works (interviewing customers, updating information, collecting payments, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain documents, records, and files.
• Issue receipts and invoices.
• Handle customer feedback and incoming calls.
• Manage indoor sales operations, product promotion, sales, and customer service, including sales documentation.
• Update HP payments and trace HP installments.
• Consolidate documents for registration.

Requirements

• Able to work rotational shifts.
• Work 6 days per week.
• Responsibility is of utmost importance.
• Able to handle high traffic flow.
