Job description

Job Highlights:

• Basic salary RM3,000 plus KPI allowance up to RM300
• Working hours: 5 days per week, rotational shifts
• Work from Home (WFH) after 3 months' probation with good performance
• 19 days annual leave & 14 days sick leave

Job Description:

• Collaborate with food delivery companies to resolve customer issues
• Show empathy by listening attentively and providing solutions based on SOPs to enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/O Level/UEC or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with clients from Taiwan
• Work in our office at Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras during probation
• Accept rotational shifts, including 24/7 shifts
