An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Position: Customer Service
Salary Package: RM3,000 - RM3,500
Working Location: UBN Tower, KL
Company Background: Direct Selling
Working Days & Hours: 9.50am - 7pm (Monday to Friday); 12.50pm - 5pm (Alternate Saturday)
Job Descriptions:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
- Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience
Job Requirements:
- Possess commanding Mandarin & English languages in both written and verbal.
- At least 1 year of working experience as customer service
- Must have hands-on experience in using MS Excel &Word
- Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
