Job description

Remuneration and Work Details

Remuneration: RM9500 (basic) + RM300 (KPI) + RM300 max (night shift)

Work Location: KL Sentral

Candidate Requirements: Must already be in Malaysia, as the candidate must visit the clinic for drug testing independently.

Assessment Process: Upon passing the interview, the candidate will receive a Letter of Appointment (LOA), which is part of the background check. A urine drug test is required. If the candidate fails the test, the LOA is automatically canceled.

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months handling customer interactions directly or indirectly.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years old.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound/outbound calls with members aged 65+.
  2. Discuss coverage procedures, co-payments, in-network vs. out-of-network doctors, plan benefits, etc.
  3. Work with members dealing with serious health conditions or recent loss of spouse/parent.
  4. Promote healthcare events such as screenings and vaccinations.
  5. Maintain patience and empathy during interactions.
  6. Use computers and communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Skype) for routine customer interactions.
  7. Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues.
  8. Demonstrate listening, research, and knowledge linking skills.
  9. Apply problem-solving skills to complex systems and scenarios.
  10. Build relationships with members/customers.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
