The ideal candidate will have a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in customer service. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will handle complaints, ensure compliance with company standards, and work closely with the sales team.
