About the role

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Mandarin Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time role based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.

Providing product information, processing orders, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
