Jin Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl
  • Good command of English and Mandarin in both written and spoken; ability to speak Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Candidate must have at least SPM/STPM, Diploma, or above qualification.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of computerized operation systems.
  • Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, able to multitask, performance-driven, and a team player.
  • Willing to work on public holidays and adaptable to changing schedules.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls/messages promptly, handle customer bookings and reservations accurately, answer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain the daily database, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Attend to and respond to customer queries promptly via phone, electronic communication, or in person, ensuring concerns are addressed in accordance with performance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Consistently deliver passionate customer service and professionally handle requests and complaints.
  • Assist in ad-hoc documentation, reports, and projects.
