A gaming consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates for a customer service role. Responsibilities include assisting players with issues, providing feedback, and supporting operational needs. Candidates must be proficient in English, have good communication and computer skills, and prefer those with gaming experience. Communicate with game players through the online customer service system to promptly respond to and resolve issues encountered by players during the game;
Record and provide feedback on players' suggestions, opinions or bugs to help optimize the player experience;
Familiar with the basic game mechanics and able to provide effective guidance and support;
Cooperate with the operation and technical teams to assist in handling emergencies and common consultation matters.
Work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, accept shift work;
Proficient in using computers, good text input skills and fast typing speed;
Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient and meticulous, and be able to properly deal with players' emotions;
Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate fluently in writing and reading;
Applicants who are proficient in Chinese and Hindi will be given priority;
Candidates with customer service and gaming experience are preferred.
Salary: RM4000 (probation period); after one month, it will be open for interview. ➕RM500 for those who can speak Hindi or Chinese
