Position Summary
The Specialist – Call Center Operations is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a call center team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery. This role requires an organized, customer-focused individual who is capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks, assisting senior management with process improvements, monitoring call center performance, and providing exceptional support to agents and customers.
The Specialist will work closely with team members, perform data entry, assist in reporting, and support customer service initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, candidates with experience in data center or technical operations are encouraged, as the role may include tasks related to technical troubleshooting and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle multi-channel customer interactions (phone, chat, email) promptly and professionally.
Communicate clearly and effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
Log customer interactions and follow up with appropriate departments as needed.
Uphold service level standards and KPIs related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive customer information.
Adapt quickly to updates in procedures, systems, and product offerings.
Work collaboratively within a shift team to ensure 24/7 coverage and seamless handovers.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates looking for flexible working arrangement and kick starting career journey in customer servicing.
With 1 to 2 years' experience in a call center or contact center role.
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (reading, writing, speaking).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
Tech-literate with hands-on experience in customer service platforms and CRM tools.
Flexible to work rotational 3 shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
Comfortable office space in our data centre building.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with call center software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), and reporting tools will be an advantage.
Additional Information:
Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs.
