Position: Technical Support
Location: Penang

Work Details:

Rotational shifts, 5 days a week.

Job Role:

The Service Advisors (SA) will provide customer service support to client customers, including but not limited to post-order support, delivery information, payment information, product pre-orders, pre-screening calls (where applicable), and general customer inquiries.

Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 months' work experience in customer support in any industry.
  • Fresh graduates with degrees in English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or related fields are welcome.
  • Call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
  • Technical troubleshooting experience (professional or personal).
  • Experience with Mobile Operating Systems, Smartphones, Tablets, PCs, or laptops.
  • Strong curiosity about technology, eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues using troubleshooting methods.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools to research, understand, and provide solutions to customers in real-time.
