Key Responsibilities:

  • PO processing: review, stock level calculation, documentation, advice on operation reasonableness, distribution to RDC, and system recording.
  • Cost calculation: review contracts, gather transport information, record in system, review cost model, adjust AR amount and cost, communicate with subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
  • Support account management and transaction processing.
  • Provide product and technical support for customer transactions, feedback, and other requests.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards; respond to customer queries and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Experienced operational/support role handling the China market
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Semi-routine assignments requiring the application of previously acquired knowledge
