You’ll be the front line for users navigating the crypto world. You'll solve problems, answer inquiries, and guide customers through complex topics—all while contributing to a seamless service experience.

Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with account-related issues, technical troubleshooting, and general inquiries about Binance's products and services.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding cryptocurrency trading, security measures, and account management procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions while adhering to established protocols.
  • Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.
Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Diploma or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin language (reading and writing required).
  • Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.

  • Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
