Customer Service Representative - Global Photographer Industry

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist in the Printer Industry!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a knack for solving problems and a keen interest in the printing industry? If so, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

  • Job Position: Customer Service Specialist
  • Industry: Printer & Imaging Solutions
  • Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)
  • Salary: Monthly salary starting from RM3000, plus KPI incentives up to RM200

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the printing industry. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome! Training will be provided.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal (English & Mandarin) and written skills. Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
