A customer service firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist in financing and loan support. The role involves handling customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp, while providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should be fluent in Malay and, ideally, Chinese, with prior experience in customer service preferred. The job offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement with various shift schedules.
Basic Salary: RM3,000 + Shift Allowance + Utilities Allowance + KPI
Work Mode: Work From Home
Morning: 9am - 6pm
Afternoon: 5pm - 2am
Night: 1am - 9am
Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate and detailed product/service information to customers.
Record, update, and maintain customer details in the system to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
Requirements:
Fluent in Malay (spoken & written) is preferred to facilitate effective communication with Malay-speaking clients.
Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) is an advantage to facilitate effective communication with colleagues.
SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telesales is an advantage
Able to work under pressure and meet daily targets
Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills
