Ralliant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage instrument-related inquiries, update systems, and coordinate with internal teams to meet service levels in Penang, Malaysia.

The role requires 2-4 years of customer service experience in a technical services environment, strong English communication, and a proactive, high-energy approach to customer care. Occasional inside sales and promotions support may be required.

• Calibration and other technical services experience is a plus.

• Coordinate with logistics for shipment of materials and instruments.
• Interact with customers for quotations, POs, invoices and payments.
• Assist with inside sales, promotions and follow-up for feedback and orders.
