Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a key role in supporting our customers through phone, email, and online platforms. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing prior experience, we welcome motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and online communication channels
* Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle requests in a professional and timely manner
* Accurately provide information regarding products, services, and company policies
* Maintain and update customer records
* Support general administrative tasks in the office when needed
Job Requirements:
* Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field
* Fresh graduates/interns are encouraged to apply (training provided)
* Strong multitasking, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Positive, proactive, and responsible work attitude
* Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written); Cantonese is an added advantage
* Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
*Saturdays (as needed): 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, up to 1–2 times monthly on rotation
* Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500 (depending on experience and level)
* Performance-based annual bonus and salary increment
* Full statutory benefits: EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
