Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while process sales transactions and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Record all customer requests and forward those requests to the proper departments
  • Building customer relationships
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Answer all customersâ questions and provide relevant information
  • Make sure that all products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure the standards set forth by the company are maintained by all personnel at all times
  • Collaborate with sales teams in meetings by bringing a friendly, can-do attitude, and practice reliable and punctual attendance

Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Jalan Cochrane Cheras
  • Preferably experienced in Customer Service.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Training will be provided.
