Job Responsibility
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while process sales transactions and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record all customer requests and forward those requests to the proper departments
- Building customer relationships
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Answer all customersâ questions and provide relevant information
- Make sure that all products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure the standards set forth by the company are maintained by all personnel at all times
- Collaborate with sales teams in meetings by bringing a friendly, can-do attitude, and practice reliable and punctual attendance
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work at Jalan Cochrane Cheras
- Preferably experienced in Customer Service.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Training will be provided.
