A leading fast fashion eyewear brand in Malaysia seeks a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin. This role involves managing customer inquiries and feedback to enhance satisfaction, alongside analyzing customer reviews for continuous improvement. Candidates should possess a diploma in a relevant field and prior customer service experience is highly desirable.
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information via phone and various social media platforms utilized by the company.
2. Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Analyze weekly and monthly customer reviews, compile comprehensive reports, and present summarized insights to relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
4. Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay, adept at maintaining brand integrity even under pressure, with a knack for effective and engaging communication.
5. Thrive in a high-pressure environment and able to perform effectively under demanding conditions.
Working Hours: Weekdays (Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6.30pm)
OT *1.5 ( Able to work Over time if needed )
Requirements:
1. Diploma in a relevant field
2. Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is a must (as the role requires candidate to liaise with our mandarin speaking customers)
3. Capable of performing effectively under pressure
4. Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable
5. Experience in sales and service roles preferred
6. Possesses a strong service-oriented mindset
7. Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to diverse environments
8. Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
- Loyalty allowance +RM100 every year complete full service 1 year up to 10 years.
- Annual Leave 10 days +1 day in every year complete full service 1 year up to 20 days.
- AWS 1 month when complete one year service.
- Complimentary Spectacle each year for full time staff.
- Open to fresh graduates candidates.
