A dynamic customer service company in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, is looking for Customer Support representatives who are native Japanese speakers (JLPT N1). Candidates will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about products and services. The role requires a degree holder with strong communication and organizational skills. Salary range is MYR 8000 - 9000 per month, with additional transport allowance. Join us from October 15, 2025.

We have an exciting Customer Support opportunity for Japanese speakers Natives and JLPT N1 (any nationality) with our client in Cyberjaya, Malaysia in an E-commerce project. Please find key details below:

Role Highlights:

  • Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
  • Salary: MYR 8000 - 9000 per month + Transport Allowance (MYR 500)
  • Visa & Work Permit: Provided by the client
  • Joining: 15th October 2025
  • Shifts: Any 5 days/week, 9 hours/day between 8 AM – 12 AM (including 1-hour break)
  • Support Channels: Email, Chat, and Calls
  • English is not required (monolingual)
