Maxim E-hailing Service is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bintulu. You will resolve user issues, conduct promotional activities, and assist riders with inquiries. You're an ideal candidate if:
you have a strong command of the English language;
you are a result-oriented team player with highly developed communication and problem-solving skills;
you are tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workstation).
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Support Maxim users in resolving order related issues, while handling their feedback and requests via live chat and outgoing (outbound) calls.
Conduct regular outdoor promo activities, affiliate marketing to spread the brand awareness and expand our reach in Bintulu.
Monitor the service rules violations.
Present users with an offer of new conditions and promotions via phone.
Daily assist riders with online registration process, mobile app functionality, car branding and other inquiries.

Stable remuneration/month + annual salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on the growth of the branch's indicators and your personal performance.
A well equipped office (5-day working week, 9am - 6pm).
