Job description
Main Roles:
  • Welcoming customers and visitors professionally with excellent manner at all times.
  • Manage the enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails or other channels promptly and professionally.
  • Handle and liaise with customers request and appointment arrangement.
  • Consistently ensure a high level of customers support experience and build customers loyalty.
  • Ensure customers safety and comfort with a smooth flow of customers care.
  • Assist customers with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Responsible for proper documentation including scanning, filing, and mailing.
  • Responsible for payment collection and receipt issuance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and/or other departments if needed to encourage a positive working environment.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by superior/management.
Job Requirements:
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Clear, empathetic, and professional in person and over the phone is compulsory.
  • Familiarity with Aesthetic treatments and products is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates who possess a passion for aesthetics are encouraged to apply for this role.
