Job Overview

Ensure proper quality of services and strict adherence to our customer service policy.

Your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly and professional welcome to a quick and easy payment process, you are to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. You will work closely with our Customer Service Leader and benefit from a training plan to support your success.

Responsibilities
  1. Delight all customers through relationship building and the sale of products and services across all channels.
  2. Take initiatives and be proactive to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage accurate data collection and entry.
  4. Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
  5. Communicate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  6. Ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers.
  7. Manage and optimize cash floats and balances.
  8. Ensure the safety of teammates and customers at the workplace.
  9. Share your passion for sports and positive energy with customers locally.
  10. Handle customer inquiries via calls and in-store interactions.
  11. Represent the first and last in-store image of our company, managing customer demands and expectations professionally.
Profile
What Are We Looking For
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of service.
  • Human-first approach with high standards of communication.
  • Digitally savvy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team during busy times, including weekends and holidays.
